The night Terry Crowley was murdered, Aceveda was at his home feeding his daughter, Sophia.

Season 4Edit

Sophia was playing in the house when David Aceveda arrived after finishing his affair with Sara Frazier. Several days later, Aceveda was in his living room with his wife and daughter. Sophia was making drawings and painting. When Aceveda stood up and left, Sophia just stood and looked at him.
