Summary

Antwon Mitchell is released from prison and starts gaining power in Farmington, as head of the One-Niners gang. Meanwhile, newly-arrived Captain Monica Rawling implements controversial federal asset forfeiture laws.
Also, Rawling empowers Vic Mackey whose Strike Team has been disbanded. On the other hand, Shane Vendrell and new partner, Army Renta, work at the Vice Division and find themselves ensnared with Antwon Mitchell.
Finally, new Councilman David Aceveda works from his new position also supervising the police commission.
