Ricky Harris was Estela's neighbor.
Season 1[]
Estela filed a complaint with the LAPD for excessive noise. When Officers Danny Sofer and Julien Lowe went to check it out, they found Ricky with two friends: Monk, and another man. As they noticed their nervous behavior, Sofer decided to check the house. Julien then found several high-caliber automatic weapons under the couch. Ricky and his friends were arrested.
