Episode Title
Edit
The title is a slang term for failing to speak or communicate when expected, which is a recurring motif in the episode with several people not reporting crimes committed against them, namely David Aceveda not informing that he was raped by Juan Lozano.
The word "mum" is also a British English term for "mother", which is a recurring theme throughout the episode; from the victims of the Cuddler Rapist to Aceveda reasoning with Ricky by bringing up his mother. There is even a deleted scene where Dutch Wagenbach is on the phone with his own mother.
