Monty was the owner of a crack house on Crescent. Monty had a deal with Vic Mackey for information in exchange of protection.

After Lonnie Reborg sold his daughter Jenny, he went to Monty's crack house to buy drugs. Vic Mackey went looking for him there and as he walked out, saw Monty had some children in the place. He then warned Monty not to have kids there.
