Jeff Franklin was Claudette Wyms ex-husband. They had two daughters: Bonnie and Rebecca.

Before Season 2Edit

When Jeff got divorced from Claudette Wyms, he didn't take it easily being charged a couple of times for drug possession and disturbing the peace. After some time, he managed to get his life back together and met Jenny. Eventually, they decided to get married.

Season 2Edit

When Bonnie traveled to Los Angeles to stay with his father a couple of days, he asked her to go with him to a flower shop to buy something for Jenny. While they were talking in the car, Boxer approached from the side and shot Jeff in the head while yelling "Johnny says April Fool's!". Jeff died instantly and Boxer was arrested that same night.
