Summary[]
When Aceveda uses a cleverly-edited videotape to force Monica to sideline Vic, Chief Philips unexpectedly pulls them off a case and gives it to the Organized Crime Unit. Vic then searches for a Russian Mob leader and Monica goes toe-to-toe with a social worker whose negligence led to the hospitalization of a seven-year-old foster child.
