Fleetwood Walker was a criminal responsible for Joe Clark's expulsion from the LAPD.

Before Season 2Edit

Fleetwood Walker was being arrested by Joe Clark and his partner. When Fleetwood punched Clark's partner, Joe attacked him knocking his front teeth. As a result, Fleetwood filed a lawsuit against Joe which resulted in him being fired. Fleetwood received a $1.2 million settlement.

After that, Fleetwood continued to sell and buy stolen goods.

Season 2Edit

Joe Clark and Vic Mackey visited Fleetwood. When he saw them, he came out with a camera taunting Joe to attack him again. Vic managed to hold Joe as Fleetwood returned to his house with his girlfriend, Veronica.

When Fleetwood left to pick up some stolen weapons, Vic and Joe followed him. At the moment of the transaction, Vic tried to arrest him, but was shot by one of Fleetwood's men. Fleetwood managed to flee the scene, but returned at night to take out his merchandise. Joe, who was waiting him, threatened to shoot him but Fleetwood managed to overpower him. During the struggle, Shane Vendrell, Curtis Lemansky, and Ronnie Gardocki arrived and arrested Fleetwood.
