Gideon Mazell was a steroid user and the ex-boyfriend of Lydia Quall.

Gideon was arrested and interrogated at The Barn after he began to roughhouse some officers and was supposedly harassing his ex-girlfriend. Dutch and Claudette began to think that he was the one who lured Carl Miller and Scooby into an ambush or killed them on the block. Gideon told them that Lydia wanted to date him and that he was busy injecting himself with steroids, exonerating himself from both crimes.
