Navid Negahban (born June 2, 1968; age 55) played Zayed Al-Thani during Season 2 of The Shield.
Biography[]
Navid was born in Iran and is also a producer, stuntman, and designer. He speaks fluent English and Persian, and is conversational in German.
He has appeared in JAG, The Shield, The West Wing, Lost, and Las Vegas. He also appeared in an episode of CSI: Miami, in which his wife is played by Necar Zadegan. From 2011 to 2013, Negahban appeared in the show Homeland.
