Jazzmun was born in San Diego, California as Nichcalo D. Crayton. She made her first TV appearance on the talent variety show Puttin' on the Hits in 1984. After that, Jazzmun has appeared in numerous TV shows and music videos, including Gloria Estefan's "Everlasting Love" and RuPaul's "A Little Bit of Love".
Through her career, Jazzmun has appeared in TV shows like Glee, Detroit 1-8-7, Sons of Anarchy, and CSI: NY, among others. She has also appeared in feature films like Miss Nobody, Blast from the Past, and Wristcutters: A Love Story.
