Betty was a Farmington neighbor that called 911 when she needed help to take her pills. She lived on 8811 Lorraine.

Betty was unable to take her arthritis medicine because her daughter had left. She then called 911 and said she "was dying". Officers Julien Lowe and Danny Sofer responded to the call. When they got in her house, she told them she needed to take her medicine. Danny advised her that 911 was meant for emergencies, but she said this was an emergency to her. She then asked for a glass of water.
